Special Dietary Needs
We never want special dietary needs to be a reason for a prospective guest to not stay with us. In our mission to welcome all, we include those who may need extra attention in preparing meals due to serious dietary restrictions. Please share your special dietary needs with us either at the time you make your reservation, or no later than two weeks before your retreat or event to help our kitchen staff in serving you best.
For Overnight Guests
Your first meal is dinner on the day you check in.
Your last meal is lunch on the day you check out.
For Day Guests
Lunch is included in your day retreat.
Optional Silent Dining
To incorporate our missional pillar of contemplation into our dining, the Emmaus Room is set aside as a dining area for our guests who wish to eat in silence. This room is straight across the hallway from the entrance to the buffet line.
